  I sat in drive-through for over 25 minutes while people talk and laughed and joked at the window not doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous for a new restaurant. Love Panera bread but if this is the service that you get here will never come to this location again management really needs to dial in their people

  Took my grandsons here for lunch and everything was ready quickly and tasted delicious. I tried the chicken cranberry walnut salad sandwich and it was very good

  I noticed the last time I was there that the bread is smaller but the prices are higher. My salad had stale wanton. But I do love the flavors in there food

  Stopped to grab something quick and didn't want anything greasy. There is a sweet young lady with pink hair that took my order. She was friendly and had such a kind spirit that I know will take her far. Fast food is not easy. Customers aren't always nice. I told her to hang in there. This is temporary.

  Very bad frustrated manager. I found hair inside my sandwich. Also the front person who helped placing the order missed all sandwiches avacdo. Then the manager said she can't put 🥑 unless she charge us again. That's their fault not ours.
