    I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera location. My friend was handed a smoothie by a worker named Maddy, and instead of handling the situation professionally when there was confusion, she accused my friend of stealing and even snatched the drink back. This was completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.

    Store hours are inaccurate according to the website.. it is in fact NOT open at 9am on Sundays …

    Rude server, asked us to leave 15 before closing time so they could mop the floor. We were in the middle of our meal. We gathered all our food and drinks sat at a table outside right by the window. No one mopped the floor while we finished our meal then left
