  I understand that there’s a such thing as a busy hour (lunch time) but to be waiting for an order (one simple sandwich) in drive thru for 10 minutes is absurd. Having people move up and continue to wait without a complimentary drink or dessert at the very least is bad customer service. Food is great. But the wait….:NO THANK YOU.

  Love the French onion soup bread bowl. Soups are great. Bread is good of course. Great cookies.

  I had a procedure earlier in the day before my most recent visit to Panera Bread, so I wasn’t in the best mood. Still, I had my heart set on some Panera, and they completely exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, which I appreciated even more since I was feeling a little extra needy today. The food was delicious, and my very specific order was made perfectly. I’m a frequent visitor here and am almost always pleased, but today’s experience really stood out. Thank you to the Panera team for turning a rough day into a much brighter one!

  So terrible came today to pick up an online order for the job today is Saturday, August 30 picked up at 2:09 PM. The food was trash. It’s just that simple as that it was trash. How do you get chicken noodle soup with one noodle and one piece of chicken It was just completely trash. I don’t know how else to describe it over $50 in food and we did not eat nothing and mind you we work at a restaurant and we could even soup it up to make it taste right
