- GCGunnar CayaSep 11, 20251.0Apparently they don’t teach staff how to cut a bagel here. The top was thinner than a bagel chip, and as a result, way too crispy. I’ve worked in kitchens before and if me or another worker cut the top of the bagel that thin, it would never be served to a customer. But at this location, no one seems to care. And the card reader had the nerve to ask for a tip for this staff member simply doing their job. If I’d have known they would do it so poorly, I definitely wouldn’t have left one. Won’t be back here…
