We love coming to this Panera! The staff are always friendly, the food is fresh, and it’s a comfy spot to eat or get some work done.

Screen show that my order was ready but no order on the shelf, asked for the order - person at first desk told me to check with other desk, second desk person said that pickup is at first desk, finally first desk person with whatever look on her face brought me the order, croutons for soup we're misplaced, check your bag every time

Apparently they don’t teach staff how to cut a bagel here. The top was thinner than a bagel chip, and as a result, way too crispy. I’ve worked in kitchens before and if me or another worker cut the top of the bagel that thin, it would never be served to a customer. But at this location, no one seems to care. And the card reader had the nerve to ask for a tip for this staff member simply doing their job. If I’d have known they would do it so poorly, I definitely wouldn’t have left one. Won’t be back here…
