- SAS AstroNov 2, 20252.0Stopped at 7pm on a weekend, no coffee and no creamer/milk. Was told they don't brew much coffee as per company policy. Bathroom's were below standards for a Panera, cream and milk containers were warm. To end it all had a hair in my food. Staff was friendly and good but needs better management.

The manger made a huge deal out of it and made a screaming scene in front of other customers. Ended up buying a whole loaf, to which he commented that I am not supposed to eat that in the restaurant. Unbeliavable... Great place though if you like to be yelled at by staff for something that is 100% their fault.
