  There was an older gentleman working today, I think he was the manager. But I commend his work ethic. He really tried to make sure everyone got their order and things were running smoothly. Great job.

  I wish I can give no star in my case. The staff is rude, unprofessional and thinks everyone is there for free food. They messed up my entire order and when you trying to tell them what is wrong one of lady works behind the bar so can't even tell the name stated, " NOT MY PROBLEM" HELLOOO I am customer so can someone treat me without attitude and Manager TIM is the WORSE. don't go or give your business to this specific branch (Federal Way)

  Food is great but service at this Panera isn't great. Food takes a lot longer than expected and the employees are so distracted and not efficient. Corporate should really look into the management of this Panera location.
