    I want to give huge THANK YOU to JESSICA! I came in to purchase a gift card for a coworkers birthday today & the birthday one available wasn't working (to add the funds into). She went out of her way to get other birthday themed ones to try, which unfortunately didn’t work either. BUT, in the end we found a “sunshine” gift card which I found appropriate because she was so polite and extremely helpful. I don’t go out of my way to eat at Panera, but I will return to this location due to her wonderful hospitality! Thanks again Jessica!

    Ordered online for rapid pickup. Showed up in time for pickup and order was not showing at the store. Asked if they could check on it as we were in a time crunch. Snaggletoothed manager came out and said they had a problem with the system. We said could you just credit us as we don’t have time to wait. Manager proceeded to ask if the order had posted. I said I have a receipt. With an horrible attitude said that’s not what I asked. I said how would I know if it posted, I know that I’ve been charged. So manager said that I can call tomorrow and get a refund. We said ok. Then she yelled at us as we left. Horrible customer service and tried to make it our fault that store’s system was broken. Manager should be fired immediately. Also won’t be hard to find with that mug.

    As a door dasher, you can only imagine how many restaurants and eateries I encounter every single day. Not to mention, not just ONE Panera Bread, but a plethora of Panera Breads - in that city, as well as Panera Breads' in different cities. With that being said, this Panera Bread is a phenomenal environment, filled with top notch customer service, representatives, preps, cashiers, etc.. Rest assured, if you stop at this Panera Bread, you will NOT be dissatisfied at all in ANY ASPECT! Especially with top notch, next-level workers like Olga, Lanna, Alexis & Heather. This "Quadrannas" (Yes; I just made up that word) of amazing women are the cogs, grease, gears and the power that move to keep this well oiled machine running, that being this Panera Bread location, running so well. If your ever in the area, and think to yourself "is it going to be a 'good' Panera Bread?", your in for a pleasant surprise! Leave it to this staff and these wonderful ladies to make sure your experience is exceptionally wonderful, as well as the quality food and drinks! keep up the great work Olga, Heather, Alexis & Lanna! Clearly the Managers & Property owners recognize quality talent and an exceptional employee when they meet one 👏

    I had a terrible experience at this Panera Bread this morning around 8 a.m. I was simply trying to place a bagel order for my work meeting, and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about ordering bagels, she told me they didn’t have enough and that she could “just sell me whatever was left on the shelf.” The way she said it was extremely nasty and dismissive. To make matters worse, she hung up on me not once but twice. When I tried calling back several more times, the phone just rang. I could tell she saw my number on caller ID and purposely chose not to answer. That is not how you treat customers. If I were the manager of this location, I would not allow an employee like this to represent my business. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and made me never want to come back. I would appreciate if someone from management reached out to me directly to discuss this situation because the service I received today was beyond unprofessional.
