  I ordered a grilled cheese with added avocado but received no avocado. The sandwich was overly salty, and there were no soups available. For a national chain, I expected more consistent quality. I hope management reviews recent one-star feedback and takes steps to improve accuracy, seasoning, and inventory.

  Shout out to an amazing woman, Tasia, who works at Panera's in Fairlawn. My husband and son walk there a few times a week and their reward is a cookie from Panera's. I'm not sure how they were introduced, but she goes out of her way to say hello, to make him feel comfortable, and gives him so much respect. My son is 16, has autism and ADHD, and doesn't like to go to many places, but requests "Panera Bread cookie." Thank you 🩵 Tasia

  No one can make a smaller sandwich than Panera . My 600 calorie 11dollar dinner sandwich is posted for your view… yep .. that’s all there is.. and they were out of baguettes so a bag of dry chips included!all of it with a 25 min delay that led to an automatic coupon of 2 dollars… yes .. you got it … for buying another Lilliputian sandwich… maybe someday!
