Panera woodhaven is consistently terrible! The staff taking your order has to also get drinks, bagels, bread etc…causing everyone to wait. They won’t open a second register. Coffee’s almost always empty- also creamer. The drive thru- ugh! You wait forever! Sometimes no one even comes to the window.
I never get acknowledged at the drive through when I come here past 5pm. Today I waited 5-10 minutes at the drive through for my take out order… no response whatsoever. When I went inside to pick it up, everyone behind the counter was involved in their own conversations and ignored me as I stood there. The employee, Kaylee, in particular was very rude and unprofessional, as she seemed extremely annoyed that I showed up at all. At least the other employees prioritized my concerns, but I did not like her attitude at all. The food was ok, but my experience here tonight has swayed my decision to come back here at all, sadly.

Accuracy matters at this location. The hostess Danielle is very kind and excellent at customer service. The dining area was very clean and the lady that made my food did a fantastic job and she remembered me. I felt welcomed. My experience was what dining at an establishment should be. I will gladly frequent this Panera location. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

I love the food and the customer service
Worst Panera experience ever. I spent $73 on an online order, left a 20% tip, and they couldn’t even include the half gallon of tea I paid for. When I went back to get it, the first employee just stared at me and said she was “new” like that excused anything. I showed her my order right on my phone and told her to check the cameras if she didn’t believe me.
Then the manager came out with an attitude immediately, like I was the problem. Instead of simply handing me the tea I PAID FOR, he tried to push a refund on me. No, I wanted what I ordered. Why is that so hard? I shouldn’t have to argue, waste gas, and my time just to get an item I already paid for.
This location clearly has zero customer service training, and it’s unbelievable that they think treating paying customers this way is acceptable.
