- MLMarissa LeAug 11, 20251.0Total disgrace to Panera bread. I worked at Panera 10 years ago and know the recipes and they did not follow the bravo recipe. Barely any sauce on the bread. Rotten lettuce was used and the turkey was slapped on right from the package. Terrible. Re train your staff
