    Look for your cooks to have their phones on the counter where food is being prepared is unsanitary...And for the manager on duty to walk around like he doesnt see it..is beyond me...smdh...we have to do better....we dont know where your phone has been..but we know it should not be on the food counter where you pass the plates off of....

    Carlin(sp?) is a refreshing new manager at a location that has struggled for some time. She described what is planned to improve facility, menu and service. Certainly showed improvement this morning. Glad hear going back to previous egg souffles!

    This location is one of the worse Panera restaurants I have attended. I order from all the Panera’s around Georgia and this location might be the WORSE next to Lithonia Panera Bread. Druid Hills Panera did not get 1 single thing right on my order. I doubt they even know how to read at this location. This location is next to Emory so don’t be fooled because of the high traffic, this restaurant is located in a convenient spot next to the all the hospital workers & students. So they stay busy because of the convenience, not because of the service. The service is horrible here.

    I called this morning to ask about ingredients in a particular item. The manager assured me that it didnt not have what i was severely allergic to. I insisted that if he could read the ingredients and came back and stated oh it does. I told him that would have been a lawsuit. Then i called back placed a different order and called to confirm to get more bread with my order and the manager stated "he got me" and assured me he will and my food comes and what a disappointment. Not eating here again or maybe when they hire people that care. Update: Just spoke to the Genreal Manager and she was very dismissive and nice nasty, short and just a disappointment. Please believe me when I say I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I will be reaching out to corporate. Disgusting behavior
