  For a half sandwich and small cup of soup worth $14, I wish they would not be so stingy with the ingredients in my sandwich. Also the manager is not a man of his word. One morning I picked up food from them, when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. I called the store and a man claiming he’s the manager said they will sent me a gift card… that was over 2 months ago.. it never came. He asked for my address for what and everything lol… Chicken salad chick… Jersey mikes.. many other better options for a sandwhich that actually put enough ingredients in your sandwhich and won’t mess up the order and not fix it

  Very rude service. I was waiting at the counter to ask a question. A girl with blonde hair made eye contact with me so I began speaking but then she rolled her eyes and walked a different direction. The only girl that seemed to be working was the girl with brown curly hair and glasses.

  I've never had any problems with the food quality here, but many of the staff members are younger adults who mess around, and I end up having to wait 5-10 minutes after I receive the text message that my food is ready for it to be on the counter. For example, the other day I had to wait 5-7 minutes for one cookie. They are always pretty nice to customers though. They also often have shortages of different breads. Other than that, it's a nice spot to do work at.

  Ms. JULIE (usually in bakery area) is one of the most fantastic human beings I've come across in quite some time. She is such a joy to see when I come in. Its actually the only reason I come inside when not rushed versus drive thru! Other staff is lovely as well, but Ms. JULIE makes my day and week with her smile and kindness at the register. Even my kid loves saying hi when he is with. ❤️

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Panera Bread in Lutz. The customer service from Victoria was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping resolve my concerns. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, she made the entire visit uncomfortable. Panera is usually known for good service, but this location really fell short. I hope management addresses this issue, because customer service like this drives people away.
