They need to really work on the portions, whenever they are making sandwiches because it's not like they're cheap. Paying around $5 for a half of sandwich is ridiculous, especially when you're not getting anything on it.

No excuse for that kind of wait time even if the store is busy, pour the soup into the cup, put a lid on it and put it in a bag. literally 20 seconds.
