  I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Initially, I was given the wrong order, which I politely returned. We then received what appeared to be the correct order, as the tag matched what we had requested. However, when I got home, I discovered that two of the sandwiches were incorrect and the chips were missing. Despite the label being accurate, the contents of the order were wrong. I didn’t have time to return and get it corrected, as I was already running late. Had I gone back, it would have been the third time the order needed to be fixed. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I only ended up receiving half of the meal I ordered.

  Just went in for a pick up order & the manager (I’m assuming) was extremely rude & had an attitude!

  I did a quick pit-stop here while traveling from state to state and, being frazzled from the drive, I had a hard time deciding on what to eat. Kali, the wonderful cashier manning the front of house that day, engaged with me quickly and, full of enticing friendliness, took the burden off me and simply asked a few questions about my hankerings and I gave them the full reins to give me their recommendations. I’m happy to say my order was spot on! It was everything I wanted and more. I swung back around to thank Kali and I hope this review reaches you again! Thanks so much for your amazing customer service and I hope you get what you desire in climbing up the Panera employment ladder! I couldn’t vote for a a better fit!

  “Good morning!” 😀 I say, with a bounce and big smile - as I always treat people. No reply. Barely a glance in my direction. And bright? There was so much tape on my to-go cup it ripped off a layer leaving the cup weak. Georgia. 😒 America. 😒 Spending the world-known misery.
