  I went in and ordered an iced coffee. After filling my cup and adding cream, I looked around for sugar-free sweetener packets (like usual at my local panera location). Couldn’t find any, so I asked an employee. The younger guy with curly brown hair immediately hit me with the fake-sympathy “oh no, im so sorry we don’tttt” answer. The speed of response made it very obvious he didn’t even register what I asked, and just brushed me off. Also, 9 times out of 10 most places have sugar free packets. He didn’t even bother to check or offer any other options. So I just said “oh it’s fine” and was just planned on leaving with unsweetened coffee. Then on my way out, I spotted the hot coffee bar… fully stocked with Stevia, Splenda, and sugar-free sweeteners. Exactly what I asked about. All it would’ve taken was actually listening for two seconds and pointing me in the right direction. Instead, I left feeling like I got brushed off with mediocre service.

  This is an excellent place to get a sandwich and sometimes I have meetings here as well
