Absolutely ridiculous, tiny portion for a “bowl” of soup. We paid $42 for two alleged bowls of soup, two half sandwiches and two fountain drinks. I cannot imagine how minuscule a “cup” would have been. I asked for them to top up the bowl and they told me “no, this is our standard size” to which I said “for who? A little kid? A 3 year old?” And it was 80% broth. Total #1 BS.
Panera Bread delivers exactly what you'd expect - a step above typical fast food, but don't go in expecting to be wowed. I tried the chipotle chicken avocado melt and it was... fine. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing memorable either.
It's a solid option when you want something quick that feels slightly healthier or more substantial than a burger joint, but the food itself is pretty average. The atmosphere is pleasant enough for a casual meal or grabbing lunch, just don't expect any culinary surprises.
If you are looking for convenience and consistency, Panera fits the bill. If you are looking for something that'll actually excite your taste buds, you might want to keep looking.

I ordered a hot coffee, they gave me a cold one, and then an Americano, they gave me an espresso. Damn, be careful, guys.
$9 for a small mac cheese soup which was literally four bites, wild! Dont waste your money, no wonder the place is always empty.
I come here regularly, the food is always good, and service at the counter is solid. Easily one of my favorite spots
