- DIDebra ItoAug 25, 20253.0I hate that I have to order at a kiosk that doesn't let you make substitutions. Why if you order one kind of sandwich can you have tomato soup, but if you order another you have to have the soup with rice in it? I only go to Panera because people have given me gift cards.
