- TFTiffany FanninOct 11, 20253.0Panera has obviously changed their bagels. My favorite cinnamon crunch bagel is just cinnamon, no crunch, no sweetness anymore. So disappointing!!!! I also had fugi apple chicken salad to go and they didn't even fill up the dressing cup. So I ran out of dressing. What is going on with them. I loved Panera Bread before. Just ashame.

I should've used the self serve given Aubrie NEVER asked me one question, I just told her what I wanted. So why were we surprised when our dine-in meal was prepared to-go? Aubrie should be at a burger fast food spot, not Panera.
