Panera Bread at Gateway Shopping Center has become one of my go-to spots for a quick and satisfying bite. The place always feels cozy, whether you’re sitting down with friends or grabbing something between errands. Their soups and sandwiches are consistently fresh and comforting — it’s hard to beat a warm bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with a half turkey sandwich on a cool day. The variety is great too, with plenty of lighter or heartier options depending on the mood.
One of my favorite things here is the Sip Club — definitely worth it if you visit often. Unlimited drinks, from their flavored lemonades to the hot teas and coffee, make it an easy win. I also like how fast online orders are ready when I’m in a rush. Staff are friendly, and the dining area is usually clean and calm. Overall, just a solid spot when you want something tasty and reliable any time of the day.

Whoever was the manager tonight, (Thursday, September 25th, 2025) was an absolute rockstar. She assisted me accessing my “sips” membership deals and was ensuring great customer service during a very busy time. I’ve been to this location multiple times and it is always clean, fresh and yummy! As someone familiar with management and the food service industry, I was thoroughly impressed with her management skills. Will definitely be coming back!

I went today and bought 5 cheese soufflés. We are very strict when it comes to pork. So the cashier made a big mistake and gave us one soufflé with bacon which we found out once we came home. I called and spoke with the manager and explained what happened. She dealt with it very professionally, she apologized, refunded me and gave my son a free cookie. Great job Sav/Savana. I also advised her to put a divider between the meat vs non meat soufflés.

Alright gang, I gotta say, Panera Bread is a solid spot for a quick and tasty meal! Their sandwiches are totally groovy. The fresh bread, quality ingredients, and they really fill you up, which is great when you’re on a mystery-hunting schedule. The soups are perfect for those chilly nights at the Mystery Machine, and the salads? Well, they’re a nice, healthy change of pace when we’re trying to stay sharp.
The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, which makes it a great place to plan our next adventure or just kick back after a long day chasing ghosts. Plus, the friendly staff reminds me of how important teamwork is.
They need better service for delivery drivers. I don't need to stand in line while people take 5 minutes each to order just so I can ask for a bag that's a 20 second hand off. There's attitude with it too. I can't think of another restaurant that has this poor of a method of picking up delivery food, including other Panera's. They don't seem to have any problem wasting my time (not to mention the customer on the other end) and they're not kind when I finally do talk to someone. So they get a bad review from me.
