I didn't know that happened at Panera, but eight or so visits have established this as the usual facts. If you don't mind ordering whatever happens to be available you will find the food to be tasty. Oh, and don't expect a substitute if they're out of something, apparently.

I did that and had to wait for the order of the cars in front of me (that had made the order when they arrived to the drive through). I got the order 10 minutes after it was ready and it was cold.
