The app showed it would be ready in 10 minutes, but we had to wait almost 25 minutes. The second order was just a coffee, supposed to be ready in 8 minutes, but we waited 20 minutes. The biggest problem was that we didn’t even get what we ordered – we received fewer bagels and a completely different spread than what we asked for. On top of that, the staff at the register and those preparing the coffee showed an unprofessional attitude. This is the first time in America that I have experienced such disorganization and lack of respect toward a customer. Honestly, I cannot help but wonder if this happened because I am Muslim, as I struggle to find any other reason for such treatment. If that is the case, then it is even more serious. This restaurant urgently needs to work on the professionalism of its employees, because such experiences drive customers away and damage its reputation.
