The lady on the register was in the corner talking to a friend ignoring the fact that there were people in line waiting, so she greets and says “Hey, wassup what can I get for you”? Def not correct customer service standards for any job! I’m just making it home, and realized she completely rung my order up wrong! So I didn’t receive what I asked for, nor did I get a receipt. My mistake for not checking before I left. But I def won’t be returning to this location!
- EEexeraSep 14, 20251.0Came with my mom for her birthday and the cashier gave us poor service. I was trying to order us 2 meals and we only received one on a single plate. In the middle of trying to order the cashier wanted me to buy her Labubu??? then complained that I confused her with my order after I declined?? We just asked for 2 sandwiches. Ruined our night.
