  So sad, the bread was not what it used to be. It was lousy. I guess the accounts have taken over at Panera. They should take the word "bread" out of the title.

  Sip club is a good deal. They email me some decent specials and the 2 dollar pastry comes up a bit. It's a nice place to spend 40 minutes with my wife. Sip club makes it feel free and it feels like a bit of a date. Good way to get out. We don't go when it's busy.

  We like Panera but this location on Bald Hill Rd has a young woman with glasses and brown hair in the morning at the register who puts her fingers inside/on top of the paper cup when she gives it to you. She handles cash so it’s gross and I’m sure the RI Board of Health wouldn’t approve. Also, the carpets are disgustingly dirty. Parts are black with dirt. With the prices they charge, one would assume they could clean them or if they’re too old, replace them!

  The food is consistent here and it’s good The service was excellent that night according to my husband who typically complains about something but actually wrote a review because they were so nice
