Okay, so I think he said his name was Luke, but there was an employee that was absolutely amazing today! It was something simple over a decaf coffee but he was so kind and funny that my whole Panera experience was wonderful. So if his name isn't Luke, to the guy who wore a blue flannel on 10/06, you made my day with that decaf coffee and your charming personality. To Panera, KEEP HIM.

I stopped here on a road trip a couple of weeks ago and it is the most dirty Panera I've ever been in. There were all kinds of crumbs on the floor and the tables and booths desperately needed to be wiped down. If we hadn't been starving and desperate we would not have eaten here. The food tasted okay but based on how the dirty the dining area was, I would not want to know what the kitchen looked like. I don't live near where this Panera is located but even if I lived in the area, I would not go back.

It was the dirtiest Panera Bread I've ever visited. The front area was fine, but if I had known the condition of the rest of the place, I wouldn't have eaten there. When looking for a table the floors were strewn with crumbs, etc. I thought maybe it had simply been too busy for the employees to clean the dining area. However, after eating, I visited the ladies room. It was nasty!!! 🤮. The sign that stated that the bathroom was sanitized frequently was just absurd!!! I just hope the kitchen area was clean. Food poisoning is no joke. If I had visited the restroom first, there's no way I would have eaten there. Gross!!! 🤢
