- RSRudy&Michelle StillOct 13, 20251.0This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. First off between ordering til the time we got food was 30 mins. We only ordered soup. One didnt get the right soup and second ordered a bowl received about half a bowl. I took mine back very unhappy at this point was told they were down 2 people and were sorry about the wait. Then they struggled to get me the right soup. I do believe they were out of the wild rice I ordered and added chicken noodle to it. (Definitely tasted that way) I have never had the wild rice look like this before. When we came in the manager was taking pictures of the inside, maybe she needs to help assist customers and get orders done correctly.

I did sneak a small drink and it was good. I was allowed to enjoy the crumbs of the chocolate chip cookie. Would of been nice to have my own but as I said, I married a demon.

- CWCorey WigginsAug 31, 20253.0Service is alright but food isn't for the price it was 63 dollars basically just for bread like 99 percent bread and 1 percent ingredients besides bread like bruh what's going on here? Also panera make the prices cheaper and or for the price that it is right now make it better tasting and more portion for your buck PLZ!! ALSO THE BATHROOMS NEEDED CLEANING! NO TOUKET PAPER EITHER.

We talked to a lady that works there. Marissa noticed that we were waiting for some time and figured out what issue was and fixed it. She went above and beyond to make our experience better after waiting for our food. Need more people like her in food service. Someone that cares about their customers.
