Never have the potato soup I went here 10 times to see if they had the soup. They never had it. Horrible Panera bread. Dirty everywhere. Flies sitting on the deserts. Horrible service.

I didn’t get the name of the person in the drive thru. But whoever was working the drive thru 7/9 around 8pm. Thank you for your customer service. Today was a very long day and your kindness was very very much appreciated.
