  Wow!!! I place a mobile order this morning 10/04/25 at 11:26am I ordered the Panera Duet Turkey sandwich and wild rice soup, and OMG the person who prepared my order made an amazing job! Couldn’t take a picture because I was hungry! But at the moment I got my sandwich it was wrapped so perfectly and the sandwich was made so beautiful the food was so fresh and I wanted to say “Thank you “

  Ordered a drive thru pickup this morning. When I got home with my order they had given me pecan braids instead of almond pastries. Tried to call a few times but no one picks up the phone there. Store was not busy at all when I got my order at 6:20am so I would think they are ignoring any phone calls. I did notice when looking at the ticket on the bag it says "modified". I can only assume that is why I have pecan braids instead. I would think if they don't have anything they would let me choose an alternative instead of putting whatever they want in there. I checked my email and text and no mention of order change. Girl at window didn't mention any change to order either.

  Visited Panera at Glenbrook Hendersonville Thursday and had to share the great service we were given by cashier Jennifer not only did she take our order but had a suggestion on the menu. So we ordered that and it was very good. Jennifer took the time to come check with us if her suggestion was ok and if our food was as expected. Jennifer made this visit a good one with her genuine kindness and caring Thank you Jennifer.

  Needed an easy and quick stop along my work route to get a plant based option. Nice large parking lot, great interior space, and order was on time for rapid quick up with friendly service. Success! Thank you!
