  The soup we like here has started to get thinner. We've noticed this at other Paneras. Some paneras it is real thin. Surprising that Corp Panera ships different soups to different restaurants. Guess we need to call and check on which soup they got that day before going there.

  I’ve been coming to the Panera Bread in Johns Creek for quite some time, and I’ve consistently noticed that the manager, Andreas, never acknowledges or greets Black customers. It feels discriminatory and creates an uncomfortable environment. In addition, Peggy’s behavior adds to the lack of warmth and professionalism. Panera corporate should look into this location immediately — this is not the standard the company is known for.

  The atmosphere inside the restaurant is a bit dark for a delicious meal. I wish there was some music. While the restaurant is spacious, I wish there was a bit more brightness inside and out.

  I pulled up happy and left mad. The customer service was trash, the environment was depressing, and they didn't get my order right. The girl at the widow as acting as if she wanted me gone. I wasn't even greeted they just took my money and that's it. I assumed this place would be better than other spot but it's the same fast food environment as McDonald's. Excepted more but that's why I won't be eating there any more. P.s fire the unfriendly window worker, she's not good for your business.
