This place lacks great, or subpar service, overall. I’ve visited this place for about a week now, and the only time I’ve gotten good service was when Kelise, Jacob, Kevin, Olivia, have been there. They really bring the service and Energy. They, alone, deserve 5 stars.
Today, I ordered my usual egg sandwich and coffee. I told the young lady she did a great job yesterday with my sandwich, and thanked her.
I believe the guy made my sandwich today. My eggs had green, red and blackish stuff on it. Upon handing me my food, I said “thank you.”
He said, “have a good day.” No “thank you, and have a good day.” Very dismissive attitude. The dismissiveness made me feel unappreciated as a customer.
Lastly, upon entering today, a worker looked at me for multiple seconds, and he didn’t say anything. A “welcome in. Good morning. Happy Tuesday,” or “someone will be right with you,” etc., all of this would’ve been an appropriate and professional greeting.
Any customer visiting your establishment to spend money, especially on a daily basis like I do, is a privilege. An honor. Customers have options and it’s an honor to be chosen in this highly competitive market. I’m a consumer and entrepreneur and understand every aspect of a business transaction.
This place needs, overall, customer service training.
