We came to Panera a few minutes before closing since it was one of the few places with quick service that was still open. Rico was awesome!! The absolute best! Not only did he continue taking orders for us he continued making them as well. He stayed after closing and was so patient and kind the entire time! He even offered us some pastries we got to take with us! It was truly a blessing for us! PANERA, PROMOTE THIS MAN!! 😋🙌🏼

A big group of ladies and I came in right before closing and the manager didn’t want to take our order, but Rico stepped in and was so kind. He happily took care of us, made us feel welcome, and even surprised us with pastries and bagels. He turned what could’ve been a bad experience into a great one. Panera needs more people like him!
