- RWRicardo Wyatt3 days ago1.0Showed up an hour before close, they were all out of multiple items. Order taker didn't care at all. Terrible experience. I could just tell this place was lazy from the atmosphere. Worst Panera I've ever stepped into.
- KBKate BOct 13, 20255.0This location was sort of on the way in our direction of errands. Thought we'd use up the end of a gift card I had in my account. It used to be that gift cards were connected to your account or phone number. Well, no longer. Ended up stepping out of line and sitting at a table to order on my phone app. It worked, and it came out quickly. However, when I ordered on the app, I had inadvertently not changed the bread on the item, the associate knew and gave me the bread I had originally ordered from the counter. Excellent attention to detail. Our food was hot, yummy and everyone was kind and cheerful. Really good experience. Wish this one was closer to us! This should be the standard for all locations. Thanks team!
