- JCJ Collins6 days ago1.0CHECK YOUR ORDER. you have been warned. Breakfast sandwiches were missing add ons and they didnt even bother including the bagels. Typical panera experience.
- KBKaren BullardSpencerOct 12, 20251.0Placed a delivery order on 10-12-25 while staying at Embassy Suites Westshore and you guessed it, order was missing items and inedible. Caesar salad was supposed to have an add-on of rice blend and of course, it was missing. Most of the salad fell out in delivery bag anyways. Substituted bread for fruit cup and you guessed it, they did not send fruit cup with order. They did send me an apple, so they were in the same food group I suppose. Chicken and wild rice soup was simply a cup of oil and scant remnants of chicken. Folks, if you are traveling and in the Tampa Westshore are, go elsewhere. Deleting my Panera bread app now as I am typing … thanks but no thanks

- WLWounded Knee Oquendo LópezSep 26, 20251.0Vamos a hablar una vez más de como el trato a las personas que realizan Delivery es malo ,llegamos al lugar y estaban dos paquetes en el estante y la señora que nos atendió nos toma el teléfono y se pone a manipular el teléfono le pedimos que por favor no haga eso y se puso molesta está señora y dijo que la orden no estaba y que debíamos esperar estando el delivery en el estante,por qué se toman represalias contra los drivers que solamente está realizando su trabajo?, sabe usted señora que no solo nos afecta a nosotros en nuestro trabajo sino también a su cliente que no tiene la culpa de que usted haya decidido tomar represalia por solicitar que no se manipule un teléfono?Inaudito esto ,que mal que haya ocurrido esto ojalá que tomen medidas para que hechos como estos no vuelvan a ocurrir
