  I had a phenomenal experience today at Panera Bread. The food was delicious, the cashier was friendly and went above and beyond what I am use to at any Panera. Even the cooks were friendly and made sure I was properly notified that my food was ready, as I was distracted and away from the pick up area. I have no idea what any names are but Kudos to this Panera for hiring great people and creating an environment of good customer service. They have a new menu item, Italian steak mozzarella. We all loved it. (chefs kiss) Which made me order one to go.

  Panera is not the same as it used to be. Higher prices and no rewards like they used to offer. Somehow I got kicked off the birthday club and they wouldn't give me a treat this year. The Panera on Broadview Road in Seven Hills only has kiosks to order. Bad move, Panera. We immediately left. The one on Euclid Avenue near Case has kiosks, too, but they still have people at the counter to take your order. Coffee and an orange scone was almost $8. Totally not worth it.
