Had an issue with my order due to a bug in the app that removed all the ingredients from a sandwich when it was changed from a whole to half sandwich. Didn't notice the changes until I got home and saw that they had opted to just give me no sandwich and still charge for it. The manager insisted that it's never happened before, so it was us and not a bug. He repeatedly told us we were the ones who customized it to just be "cilantro" (which they hadn't given us either). Easily found reports online of the same bug from as long as a year ago, with one person even screen-recording themselves recreating it. We got our money back, but this location apparently has no interest in acknowledging the issue, much less preventing it from happening again.
