  Terrible! Very slow! Rude! Waited in drive-thru for an half a hour. Pull around to the front only to get a rude person! I don't recommend this spot! Keep driving to another location.

  Went thru drive-thru 8pm. There was one car in front of me at the window. I ordered one pumpkin cookie. Waited for the one car to get their window for more than 10 minutes. Finally got up to window and I asked why they don't ask the long orders to pull up so they can run it out. They said they do it during the day but not at night because the m they don't staff for it. So u suggested they not offer drive-thru if they can't staff for it. The cookie was $4 and it sucked. Dry and crumbly. Do not buy the pumpkin cookie! Their drive thru is the slowest. I'm real sick of waiting there. Don't go back. They don't deserve my business.

  I regularly visit this location but I think this was the last time. I know things are expensive these days and I like the food enough to justify the cost to myself. However, over 6 dollars for a cup of soup that isn't even half full (ordered a cup not a bowl, and the cup size was half full) and to have banana peppers sticking out of my grilled cheese isn't cool. Made the whole sandwich taste off. Attached is the photo of the soup and some of the peppers I was able to pick out. You're better off at another location or maybe wait until an off hour.

  Swear every time time I go here I sit the the drive through for at least 20 mins definitely the slowest Panera in Omaha

  Seems perpetually short staffed and poorly run location. Drive through is an exercise in misery. I urge you to do better
