We also love the new menu and drink options. I recently had a minor issue with my order and decided to fill out the customer survey. To my surprise the manager emailed me directly and completely fixed the problem. Thank you Panera for going above and beyond to keep this regular customer happy!! Highly recommend this Panera Bread and their team!!
