The BBQ sauce tasted like a cheap nasty one, the chicken had no taste whatsoever the cheddar cheese was basically nonexistent. The only reason I’d say a 3/10 is the Red Onions being nice. That was it. Wouldn’t come back. Extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the brand that I had high hopes for.

- KOKaye OlsonSep 4, 20252.0The French onion soup was horrible, an inedible slimy bowl of slop. The staff were friendly but the bathroom was filthy. Used to love the food here. We’ve long since stopped ordering the shrinking sandwiches with subpar meat, but now the soup!! Even the French baguette has changed. Finished it off with a 3.89 cookie that was gross. I’m guessing the butter and brown sugar got taken out of the recipe to reduce cost. Sorry Panera but we won’t be back.
