The managers went above and beyond to make sure it was received and even threw in a little extra treat. They throughly solved the problem and super quick at that. I wasn’t upset at all but i will definitely start going here more. I wish I would’ve gotten the managers name, she was the best!

I put in an order for a drink and a cookie and it took forevvvvvvvvverrrrrr! I did finally get a text it was ready… I went to the counter because it was not on the shelf. I think I got a manager he checked on it and then got it together for me and offered me another cookie I declined But thank you! I would have had a seat for my wait but There’s dirty dishes in the dining area I wish yall had a drive thru. The Columbus location is more organized. Cookie is hard. Panera could improve at this location.
