Showed $5.89 for half of sandwich for the tuna. Charged $6.99, I still don't understand the explanation of the charges. Will never buy anything from any Panera bread franchise. Disgusting! The sandwich is not even worth $2.00 much less 6.99. False advertising is not the way to gain customers.

The bread was overcooked that I couldn't even bite into my Italian sub. I will never spend another dime @ the wallisville location. I had high hopes for the money you spend. Bad experience and I hadn't been in over a year but decided on your restaurant on a Thursday night. Your staff, no matter the time or day should have more care about quality more or get out of the food industry. Spent 30 bucks to be disappointed! The young lady at the window didn't even smile
