The chicken in my chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich was not good at all. It was so bad that I couldn't tell if it was chicken so I definitely could not eat it. Worst of all I cannot order that sandwich again because I cannot eat what they call the chicken in that sandwich.

Went through Panera drive-thru Sunday morning to make a quick order, which was a normal experience. After paying at the window, I was direct to please park in the reserve spot to wait for my order, which I did comply. After waiting for an unusual longer time for my order it arrived, I asked the person if he could wait for us to see if we can verify if they missed any items, since it has happened every time I am asked to park in the reserved spot. The answer was, " We are swamped and I have to go." We continue to look anyway and found they missed an item on the list. Which irritated me by the way I was dismissed as a customer by who I believe was the day manager that delivered the items. Now I had to go into restaurant and retrieve the missing item which negates the reason to go through the drive-thru in the first place. I am not angry about the missing item I am unhappy how a manager treats a paying customer that had to wait for an order. When I worked in the fast food industry if I did that to a customer, believe me I would have been counseled by the manager. Times have changed too much for just simple customer satisfaction, regardless of how busy you are, every customer is important.
