- ALAshley LambertOct 15, 20254.0The reason for only being four stars is more for the folks at corporate headquarters. I think kiosks are fine and allow customers who might not enjoy much human interaction. That being said, I do feel that there should also be an option to work directly with an associate. That provides the opportunity to pay in cash, as well as be there for those customers who might be technically challenged or just prefer the human enter action. The associate I did see had a smile on her face and seemed very pleasant.
