DON’T GO OR SPEND MONEY HERE!
I never write reviews but everyone needs to be informed. I gave this Panera multiple chances, and both experienced were terrible. The first time (2 years ago), I ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived, my order was not ready and when it finally came out, it was wrong. I decided to give them another chance and placed an order the night before for rapid pick up.
When I arrived, my order was not there. I told an employee, and when he asked a coworker to make an iced latte with an extra shot (THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR), she rolled her eyes while I was at the front of the counter. Completely unnecessary attitude, especially when all I was doing was picking up my food I had already paid for. When I finally got my meal, it was wrong again. I paid extra for additional items on my sandwhich instead I got a bland , incomplete sandwhich with just an egg, tomato, and chicken. Not what I order and definitely not worth the money.
Also, if someone unhoused took my food, that’s one thing and understandable but what is really frustrating is that this location does not seem to keep track of whether your order is actually there or stolen. There’s zero accountability or communication around it, which adds to the disappointment.
This location needs better customer service, staff training, and accountability. Customers should not have to deal with attitudes, repeated mistakes, and being charged for items they don’t receive. Save the frustration and get food somewhere else like Stella’s.
