  We ordered catering for a meeting from this location. First the website kept timing out for a large order. Then when you went back in, half of it was missing or it was doubled and tripled from what you put in. Called the store, they took my info and told me to go back online and fix the order which they could not do. So I did amend it, and did receive a confirmation with the correct quantity, etc. Yesterday they deliver our food and SHORTED US A LUNCH. NEVER AGAIN. WORST catering place EVER.

  Service is slow at times. Almost half the time, mistakes are made, one way or another. Bill is an amazing person and employee. Two bonus Stars because of him. Sometimes the food I get is inedible and gross. Not sure how Panera can run worse than a McDonald's. Especially with their prices. Whenever I bring up an issue they fix it, unapologetically. Not offering anything extra, even though the receipt says they will offer a treat for the trouble. I don't bother asking them.

  This restaurant was a model Panera. Food was good. I had a Mediterranean and it was exactly what I expected. Staff was nice and attentive. Dining area was clean. This is perfect fast-casual dining.
