- KBKen BalichOct 4, 20251.0Dont visit this location. Horribly managed. I've actually called Panera corporate before and then clearly dont care. So many screw us on delivery orders. Just happened. Lets just say paid for alot more food. Then theybactually delivered. The store will frequently be out of available cups and napkins. Rude management too... when I showed the manager there were in fact no cups, they stormed off as if it was my fault. I would add a photo but see if never got the items so kinda difficult. By the way this is through doordash and they are both at fault. Both the store and the driver have my order. Terrible customer service that is very typical of this store.
