- SESandy EasonOct 7, 20251.0I called to place and pay for an order of 2 dozen bagels for pick up at 6:45 am tomorrow. Person who answered the phone said they corpulent. Asked for a Manager. They told me the same thing. That a Panera doesn’t allow them to take phone orders, even with credit card. Lost a customer.

The manager Stacia/Staja came out was nice but full of excuses on why they didn’t have the bread. I don’t care. Let your staff know so they can let the customer know. Now, I’m going to go buy my own bread to put my tuna on. Terrible experience.
