DoorDash was at fault for their poor delivery service and Lauren still went above and beyond for me and remade my entire order and contacted DoorDash herself to request a new driver. She communicated with me and ensured I got my order. Did way more than DoorDash did for me that’s for sure!

- JSJames ShererAug 20, 20251.0Had a catering order. It was never delivered. The store called me and told me my order would be 10 to 15 minutes late. Then after 30 minutes late called again. They said they would follow up with driver. Then after an hour, called again and they said all orders were delivered. Johnny said he did not process the order, but he called me initially. They are disorganized, cannot follow orders and have zero care for their customers or the fact that they left 10 people hanging with no food. Terrible service and terrible compassion. Will never order from them ever again. May consider never ordering from Panera ever again. You have lost my business and I have never been so disappointed.
