- VHven holalkere4 days ago1.0I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese and what received was a tiny sandwich made with cutting a small slice of bread to come up with a tiny sandwich for which I paid $7! This tiny sandwich that I ate in 4 bites reminded me of a Wendy's commercial several decades ago, "Where is the beef"! When I showed the manager this tiny sandwich, she said, "this is PANERA WAY"! And I muttered, "really?".....
- JLJ LSep 28, 20251.0My kids and I love Panera and when we discovered there was one closer to us, we were thrilled. Nope. We've been two times over the last three months and they've messed up every single order. The first time, they left out a macaroni and all three sides. The second time they left out an entire sandwich. Yes, all these items were on the receipt in the bag. I went back the first time, and they were lovely. The second time, I decided enough was enough. We'll use the Olympia one from here on out. In all our years, no Panera has ever messed up our order and we've visited Paneras all over WA. Sort it out, folks.

- JTJoshua TrumbelJul 12, 20251.0Do not come to this location. I have been coming to Panara for years and I have never been treated like this. Very rude customer service as well as they wouldn't warm up my baguette for my soup. What ever happened to actual "customer service"
