I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Panera Bread was very disappointing. I placed an order through the Panera app at 7:30 PM and waited over an hour with no delivery update. When I called the store, the employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. She blamed DoorDash for the delay, even though the app never mentioned that DoorDash would be fulfilling the order, and she couldn’t even confirm whether my food was ready.
A few minutes later, I received another call from Panera informing me that they were out of Broccoli Cheddar Soup—over an hour after I had placed my order. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating.

I come in here regularly to pick up orders and never had an issue u til now. Not sure who it was, but she was very rude. Tried showing her my screen to verify the orders I needed picked up and wanted to argue and threaten to ban me because I got defensive for her coming at me. She was also rude with the people ahead of me also picking up orders.

Staff are never very friendly. Minimal verbal interactions with customers. Never very welcoming. Been this way for many years...must be the hiring practice.

Panera always has fresh food! Lady at window very rude though I had to repeat each of my families orders at least three times, because she was very distracted and just flat out, not listening. It was weird.

I’ve loved Panera Bread. I love ordering bagel and some of my favorite sandwiches there however yesterday was just completely disappointing.
I opted for drive thru because we had other errands to run and was on a time crunch. The lady taking my order kept asking for my order repeatedly. I ordered a dozen assorted bagels. I specifically asked to have them sliced and she even repeated it.
At pick up, it took a while for them to give me my order. Like a good 15 mins on a drive thru! Then I just felt like I needed to check on my order and sure enough, I was missing two of my orders. There was a long line at the drive thru so I went inside. I told that young lady about the issue. I was okay for her not to slice the last two but this morning when I was preparing breakfast for my kids, I found out that she/they didn’t slice a single bagel!! Waited that long. No offense meant but it looks like nowadays young kids looking for a job don’t know the value of hard work, attentiveness and other work ethics. I don’t know if there’s a thorough trainings done after they hire people there but this kind of service is really doing bad for their business. Definitely not ordering at this location moving forward which is disappointing to me.
