  It's good soup but it's way too expensive it's not that good of soup for that price

  06SEP25 You must take your own order, employees barely acknowledge you. Go to a real restaurant with table service that costs less. It's been a while since I've been there and now I remember why. Not impressed.

  They would prefer everything be completely self service but want that tip when you order before you get your food? Order by machine, wait in line to pick up your order, clean your own table to eat, get your own drinks, clean your table when you leave and deliver your dishes and cutlery to the right containers. None the less still pricey. No problem with the food but wonder what impact that tip has on what you get?

  My order was wrong and I requested it to be fixed no big deal. However Aaliyah at the drive through window was rude and unprofessional slamming the window and not saying a single word to me. Not how I want to be treated at a place I visit frequently. Maybe some customer service training is needed.
