Called prior day to give them a heads up and I had the most pleasant associate answer the phone (Karli - I believe - sp?) and was so helpful. She made me feel like a true customer. Placed ordered online that night. Called today to confirm and then the manager on top of speaking with Karli again was over the top helpful, even though they were busy inside taking care of clients. I just wanted to say thank you! It was nice to feel taken care of ... Hope you are truly recognized for your customer service!

It's just average, nothing special. Panera used to be my go-to for a fast but delicious alternative to the bland that overwhelms the industry. Even my usual fresh baguette order was just ho-hum. So, yes, good value for the price but they've slipped a bit.
